冠宏手板模型公司创立于2009年，随着公司业务的不断扩展，2014年深圳市宝安区建立了一个新的工厂：深圳市冠诚手板模型有限公司。位于宝安区沙井南环路开元小学旁，交通十分便利，公司专业从事手板模型及工业设计为一体的综合性公司，为进一步提高生产效率，冠诚手板现有5个不同的生产车间，独立地完成专业手板制作，厂房占地面积约有1000多平方米，目前人员已有70人。冠诚手板公司以手板模型制作、快速SLA激光成型、CNC手板模型为主体。现有真空复模机2台 ，CNC台机、雕铣机、车床铣床和辅助设备50台。

强项业务范围：

1、CNC塑胶手板模型加工、CNC铝合金批量生产加工、注塑产品后CNC

工、铝合金高光等。

2、电木治具、电路板测试治具、喷油夹具、气动治具、超声波模具等。

3、3D打印手板模型，主要用于玩具模型、礼品模型、建筑手板模型、艺术类的手板模型开发。

4、家用电器、汽车灯饰、运动器材、通讯设备、家具生活用等前期工业设计手板样品制作。

5、适应各种材质加工：ABS、PC、PEEK、PP、POM、PPO、PMMA、尼龙、耐高温材料等。

6、CNC车床批量生产、硅胶批量复模等。
